PDF error for amended tax return

I'm trying to print my amended return PDF and I get this error:

An error exists on this page. Acrobat ma not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem.

I also received an error when I tried to print the PDF.

What is the root cause? Is it safe to send this copy?

This is schedule to be ready March 4, due to IRS changes to the instructions recently.

I downloaded the updates earlier today and I still receive the same error.
