&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Other things you can try:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Change your Windows display settings to 100% or 125%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(10,10,10);font-size:14px;"&gt;Temporarily disable your VPN&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(10,10,10);font-size:14px;"&gt;Disable your firewall settings that may block your TurboTax activation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
