Having the exact same issue. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with TurboTax today and got no where. They opened an "investigation", which was closed within 15 minutes with no resolution.

Yea, once I realized TurboTax was trying to charge me extra just to talk to a "live expert" I tried another service (free tax usa) and had no problems, it took maybe an extra 15-30 min to just start everything over there. As long as you upload last year's tax filing when you begin, it's super easy. And much cheaper!
