Attempted in 2024 to file 2023 returns. Please advise why they were rejected.

You received a TurboTax email, which we cannot see, describing the rejection message and the rejection code back when the 2023 tax return was e-filed by you. Look on your email account for 2024 and in the spam or junk mail folders.

The 2023 tax return can now only be printed and mailed.
