I do not want Turbo Tax to file this income tax for me. Something is really wrong

TurboTax does not file your return for you. You are the only one who can file the return, by going though the FILE section to a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now"---or by printing the return, signing it, putting it in an envelope and taking it to a mailbox. If you do not do either of those things, the return is not filed.

What is it that seems "really wrong?" Post some clearly worded specific questions so we can help.

Only you can e-file a tax return.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

Or did you request TurboTax Live Full Service where a TurboTax employee will complete and file your tax return for you and you paid $150 for this option?
