I decided to use the promo to have an expert file my taxes this year and uploaded all my documents on Feb. 11. I reached out to the expert on Feb. 17 and had to call in to get access to review the tax return they drafted. On Feb. 18 I sent about 6 questions back and did not receive answers. On the 22, I had to call in again and was told I would be assigned a new expert and get a a call on the 23rd either btw 9-10am or 2-3pm. They did say they would honor the promo.
