Clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Or change your web browser to one these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge

Thank you--I'm not sure if that helped because I also decided to print and send my state return by mail. This online version of the product doesn't work that well for me.
