      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I hit NEXT, the page appears blank.&amp;nbsp; I go back to WAGES AND INCOME and go forward and the page appears.&amp;nbsp; When I get to SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME, a hit update and the screen is blank.&amp;nbsp; All START and UPDATE buttons produce blank screens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using the desktop editions, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Forms&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When in Forms mode locate the &lt;U&gt;Social Security Benefits Worksheet&lt;/U&gt; (Social Sec) on the left side of the page.&amp;nbsp; Click on &lt;U&gt;Social Sec&lt;/U&gt; to open.&amp;nbsp; At the bottom of the page click on &lt;U&gt;Delete Form&lt;/U&gt; and then go back to the interview, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Step-by-Step&lt;/STRONG&gt; at the top right.&amp;nbsp; Enter your SSA-1099&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To enter Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)&lt;BR /&gt;Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)&lt;BR /&gt;Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security&lt;BR /&gt;On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button&lt;/P&gt;</description>
