Not receiving licence code

I purchased the desktop home and business program through the intuit site (and then again through staples). It has been about 24 hours and I have not received my licence code) what is the normal wait time?

You can follow these instructions to find your license code online by logging into your Intuit account page:

From the TurboTax website

On your order confirmation screen

In your email confirmation

In your Downloads folder:

Sign into your Intuit account.

Under TurboTax Desktop 2025, select Licenses and downloads.

Look for your license code under the TurboTax product name.

Return to the install screen and enter the code to continue.
