      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were able to claim them as a dependent it would be under the Qualifying Relative rules.&amp;nbsp; One of the rules states that the dependents gross income in 2025 must be less than $5,200.&amp;nbsp; So if their income is $6,000 you would not be able to claim them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
