"Invisible" Selection Boxes (Graphics Display Problem?)

You'll have to bear with me while I try to explain this. This may explain issues I've had with updating information that "needs review" in 1099-B, 1099-R, and Charitable Contributions (and I usually have to resort to forms mode or re-enter data from scratch). I've accidentally discovered "invisible" selection boxes in the interview mode of TurboTax 2026 Windows 11 desktop.

While moving the cursor around (in desperation), I noticed the arrow turned to the selection hand in two regions at the end of lines that required input of some sort. First I'll show a line with the standard cursor outside an active selection box region:

Now see the selection cursor and the barely visible selection box highlight (though the box itself is not visible):

Clicking this "invisible" field pulls up an input screen:

Then there's a selection box further right:

Clicking this "invisible" selection box brings you to the screen to delete the item:

As an exercise, I tried it in another section that gave me a problem, the 1099-B, and found the same issue:

Is this a TurboTax graphics display error? I can't imagine there's something unique to my system causing this. Anyway, will be interesting to see if anyone else has the same experience. Good luck to us all... 😕

It is your program. I went into mine and double checked. I created entries to match where you are and see what I have vs what you have. Give me a minute to upload what mine looks like. You need to contact support.

Thanks. I guess I'll have to call... there doesn't seem to be a good direct online way to get support for technical issues (they all appear to be for different levels of tax questions or to get a recommendation for which version of TurboTax I should buy), and I'd like to just copy and paste the entire description that you responded to. 🤔
