Form 8822 needed?

I changed my address in Dec 2016, and the new address shows up fine on my W2. I'm filing my return now, do I need to report this change of address to IRS? Also, turbotax has "report change of address" feature for both Federal and State tax, do I need to do it in both the places? Thank You!

If you have not yet filed your tax return and you recently moved, you can just enter you new address in the the Personal Info section of your tax return. The IRS will update your records when they process your tax return. You will not need to complete Form 8822 in this instance.
