2025 Tax Return, TurboTax Online: I can't get past the Federal Final Review due to error message "Form 8962, Reference Code 6-399-259." I don't have a Form 8962, don't have Marketplace Health Insurance or a Form 1095-A. I am employed full time and receive BlueCross/Blue Shield through my employer. The TurboTax Online live Rep, not AI, said there is a softwere glich and they are fixing the code. So we wait for now.

It is possible that you might have answered that you received a Form 1095-A. You should go back your return and delete Form 1095-A.

Open or continue your return.
Navigate to the 1095-A section:
- TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1095-A.
- TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1095-A, then select the Jump to link.
Select ‌Add/Edit ‌
Click the Delete next to the 1095-A form you entered, confirm that you are deleting the form

If you deleted your form and still have the error:

Go out of your program and go back in.
Clear your cache and cookies.
Try a different Web Browser.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop make sure all updates have been run on your program. You can do this by clicking on "Online" in the black bar across the top of your TurboTax screen. And then select "Check for Updates".
