Blank Utah TC-40 Pages When Printing/Saving to PDF

I have the 2025 TurboTax premier windows desktop package. When I go to print my taxes, everything will print for the federal and the Utah state tax return except the Utah TC-40 form. This form just shows 2 blank pages. I spent over 4 hours with being bounced around with Turbo tax help, tech, and back to the resolution desk last night with no success and the only answer was who knows. We tried printing and PDFing all forms, specific forms, etc. We also made sure that the software was updated, forms were available, and rebooting. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is making question using this software in the future after 20+years of use.

Have your tried clearing cache and cookies on your computer or opening TurboTax in a different browser?

I did try clearing out my cache with no success. I just now switched the default browser from Edge to Chrome when opening PDF files. The Utah TC-40 forms are now shown in the PDF generated file when selecting print preview. Thank you so very much for your help.

Seems really odd that Edge doesn't show the form printable. However, Chrome does. seems like something is off with this page when printing.

Agreed. I have now downloaded Acrobat Reader to my new computer. When I go to scroll down form the Utah summary page to the next 2 Utah TC-40 pages the following error message appears.

"An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem"

Adobe Reader does, however, correctly present the 2 Utah TC-40 pages.

This problem is on Home & Business Turbo Tax 2025 Desktop. All other pages of the Federal and State return print/output to correct PDF format. The 2 Utah TC40 pages are blank.

NOTE: When using Reader it displays, as noted above:
"An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem"

I'm still having the same problem with TurboTax not printing the Utah TC-40 form, only blank pages. I tried both Edge and Chrome. I can see the populated form, just not print it. This defect makes me nervous about e-filing as well as blank data will not fulfill my tax filing obligations. I may just move to other methods, such as hand filling out the state forms with the data. I'm shocked with this defect in TurboTax and have reported it.
