if you asked for "Pay With My Refund" then yes. this "service" sends your refund through a third party bank for processing and has an extra $40 service fee from that bank, it's a very bad loan to pay your fees, try to pay Turbotax directly up front if possible.

If you're asking if TurboTax will take fees out of your refund?

That depends on what you choose as a method of payment.
If you choose "Pay with my refund",
- The TurboTax fees and
- A bank processing fee
- Will be taken from your refund. The balance will be deposited in your personal bank account.

If there is a different issue than this, can you clarify the situation.
