After about an hour I saw an email notification of the expert's message.&nbsp; I click on the link and I get to the page where it says "Welcome back, we are glad you are here"&nbsp; There is a Get started button, but no message.&nbsp; How do I retrieve the message from the live expert.&nbsp; How can something so simple not work?&nbsp; I use the desktop version and I paid for it.&nbsp; Why is it now asking me to get started and paying for a package again?&nbsp;
