There are several ways you can add your W-2 to your tax return in TurboTax:

Import it instantly from your employer
W-2s are released by different employers on different dates. You might have to wait until February for yours to be available for import.
Upload it from your computer
Snap a photo of it with your phone
Type it in manually

You have 3 W2s from the same employer? Why? Do they have the same EIN in box b?
