Are you using TurboTax Desktop (TTD) and referring to the TTD license code? If so, where did you purchase your TTD product? Was it from TurboTax or from a retailer?

I see that Amazon, Best Buy, Sam’s, Staples and Walmart are now selling a license code for the Online verison.

How to use the Online License Code. It is for federal only. State is additional.

But mainly the License Code is for the Desktop program.
