On the 1095 a form do I put myself as recipient or my neice since I'm claiming her on my taxes she got market insurance

You enter the name of the recipient. The recipient is the primary policyholder for ‌Marketplace health coverage, as listed on Form 1095-A, Part 1, Line 4. This individual is responsible for the policy and must use their information.

The Recipient is the person listed on Line 4 of Form 1095-A (Recipient's Name).
