no longer recognizing license key on turbo tax 2025 after latest update

I installed turbo tax 2025 desktop on 12/3/2025 at that time it recognized my license key and worked.

But today when I tried to access it, it no longer recognizes the license key.

How do I get this to work as there appears that Intuit no longer provides an manner to connect anyone in support.

It's a shame as I've been using this software for 20 years, and if I can not get this to work, I guess I'll have to use another tax product
