I have Turbo Tax 2025. For Donations to Charity and State and Local Tax Refunds the dollar amount

doesn't show on the main work sheet after all the information has been input into the subordinate worksheet. It just says "available now". I've already opened two support tickets and the agent doesn't know how to solve the problem. The last support ticket(1769456518827) was closed but the issue was never resolved. I attached a three pictures of the problem. Please correct the software so this issues gets resolved. Thanks HK

Yes, sometimes the main topics display does not update properly, even though you have entered your info in the section. This doesn't affect your return, but often if you close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and re-open TurboTax, it will update.

I cleared the Cache and Cookies with Firefox and Edge per your advice this morning. I restarted

Turbo Tax. I still have the problem. Clearing the Cache and Cookies didn't fix the problem. HK

As long as you have verified that your tax forms are correct, don't worry about the display issue. Keep your program updated. Here's how to do a Manual Update.

I installed the patch per your request. The message "available now" still appears. I'm getting ready to file in the next day or two. I'll make sure everything is correct per your instructions. Too bad your suggestions didn't work. I appreciate your help in trying to solve the problem. Thanks HK
