    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were able to complete the California return and are only having an issue with completing the purchase to e-file that return, try these troubleshooting steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check your Internet connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Logging out of TurboTax and back in, restarting your device, changing browsers (Chrome generally works well), or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/product-system-requirements/clear-cache/L8EEqjh3R_US_en_US?uid=lst67dtd" target="_blank"&gt;clearing your cache and cookies&lt;/A&gt; often helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In addition, some Mac users encounter an issue on the screen where the user is prompted to pay for the California e-file. &amp;nbsp;The button needed to continue to pay may appear outside the visible screen. If that could be the case, try attaching a larger monitor so that the full text on the screen appears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running into exactly same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Federal taxes e-filed and accepted yesterday, no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CA state taxes, when I try to efile, I am getting stuck at exactly the same msg as you did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your issue resolved?
