I want to continue to use turbotax but my windows is 10 not 11 and i can't buy another pc cause mine is too old ( 13 years). Can i use online package sold in store or on turbotax website the price is less and can i take my data from the last years to transfer in ??

You can't use a desktop (installed) version of TurboTax with Windows 10 no matter where you purchase it; desktop TurboTax will not work on Windows 10.

You can, however, use an online version of TurboTax.

Other desktop (installed) tax prep software will run on Windows 10, such as H&R Block.

I'm not sure what online packages are being sold in stores. Using online does not require the installation of any software on your computer and works with W10.

online is generally more expensive than desktop, unless there is a deal and you can only do one person's returns per account.

Here what i found

Au moins TurboImpôt supporte encore Windows 10, mais seulement au Canada. Les Américains doivent avoir Windows 11.

I live in Canada so its suppose to work, did somebody from turbotax intuit developper can answer to my question please for Canada user ??
