I tried to purchase software for previous years and I was charged for it but was never sent an email or anything.

Does your TurboTax account have the correct email address?

If the address is correct, then check your spam or junk mail folder for your email account.

Yes it’s correct, and I’ve checked my junk/spam folder. Nothing is in my email, no texts, nothing. I’m out 240 bucks and this **bleep** is ridiculous.

@jacobtorres025 That is really odd. I just e-filed a 2025 state tax return using the desktop editions yesterday and after paying the $25 with a credit card, received an e-mail receipt from TurboTax.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
