Can you clarify your situation?

Are you in the Online, or the Desktop version?
If the desktop, where are you in the process?
Were you able to download the software?
Did you successfully enter the security code?
Did you try the suggestions in Troubleshoot TurboTax Desktop for Windows issues

I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe and I want the Mac version but must have purchased the windows version how can I get the Mac version.

I must have purchased Window Version of Turbo Tax but wanted the Mac version how can I get the Mac version as I already paid for Windows Version I can't use as I have a MAC.
