      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We are unable to reproduce this experience. It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information.  If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;In TurboTax Online, go to the black panel on the left side of your program and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Tools.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Then select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tools&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;below Tax Tools.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;A window will pop up which says&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tools Center.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;On this screen, select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Share my file with Agent.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click okay through this screen and then you will get a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Token number.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Reply to this thread with your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Token number and tag (@) the Expert who requested it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;This will allow us to open a copy of your return without seeing any personal information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

I also cleared my cache and changed browsers.&amp;nbsp; I navigate to Farm Income,&amp;nbsp; click yes on Did you have any farm or farm rental income in 2025? then check &lt;SPAN&gt;I received agricultural payments on a 1099-MISC or 1099-G for my farm rental on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Tell Us About Your Farm or Farm Rental Income and click Continue, I am directed to a page that says "Something went wrong". No further information about the error is provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not interested in buying the desktop version just to resolve this. When I go to edit the Schedule F it gives an error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Token 1327819&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everytime I go to edit and update the Schedule F it simply says "Something Went Wrong".&amp;nbsp; If you would like to see this happen live, let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cleared my cache, i have tried 3 different browsers. I downloaded the desktop software that correlates to my online system, but it says I need to pay and activate first. I am not interested in paying for the software again after having paid y'all multiple times in the past online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
