Check this entry error loop

I am trying to e-file my returns but I keep getting an error message: Check this entry: Form 8962: Your calculation could not be completed. Reference Code 4-530-582. Funny thing is, I checked that I did not get a 1095-A form, nor did I purchase government healthcare. I am not eligible for the premium tax credit. When I receive the error, I click on Continue and nothing happens.

Any help here?

To resolve this error you will need to delete form 8962 from your return.

From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)
On the drop-down select Tools
On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select Delete a Form
This will show all of the forms in your return
Scroll down to the form you want to delete
Select the Form 8962 or 1095-A if one is showing (delete this first)
Click on Delete.
You may have to repeat and delete 8962 if you had a 1095-A to delete
Then log out and clear cache and cookies before resubmitting your return

If you are using the desktop version you can simply switch to forms mode and then delete form 1095-A and/or 8962.

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.

Thank you for this. I have tried this prior to asking the question. I never filled out the 8962 form, nor did I enter yes when asked if I received a 1095-A.
