State estimated tax payments

The normal instructions on how to enter estimated tax payments I made for the state are not working. I entered the federal estimated payments, but there isn't a place for state. When I'm in the state return, it says:

Illinois quarterly estimated tax payments need to be entered on your federal tax return. Once the payments are entered, we'll apply them to your Illinois return.

To go back to your federal return and enter your payments:

From the Search feature, enter estimated tax payments.
Select Jump to estimated tax payments.
Select State estimated taxes for 2025.

This does not work. Then when I ask the chat bot, it says to enter it on the state return. And around and around it goes. How can I enter the estimated tax payments I made to the state? I am using Turbo Tax online do it yourself premium 2025. Thank you.

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

On State estimated taxes for 2025 click on the start or update button
