I am ready to file my taxes, but the Depreciation form for my rental property is still unavailable.

if you are asking about Form 4562, they are not included in the e-file unless there were property additions during the year.

oh well - have to be patient and take it day by day, there is no firm date in the other threads. IRS updated instructions 2 days ago on 2/11, presumably Intuit is doing final checking against that.
