You will have to file with a substitute W2, for which you can use your paycheck statements to get withholdings. See What To Do If You Haven't Received a W-2.

You may also want to contact your state labor department (State Labor Offices). Unfortunately they move very slowly.

Since they will not provide stubs, they only option is the state labor office then. They processed payroll internally and shut down before even paying us, so no access. Thank you for your help.
