Unable to import more than one 1099 from Schwab

I have tried numerous times to import information from a brokerage account into Turbo Tax. When I attempt to download the second account information, it overwrites the first account information. I have never had this problem before in all the years I have used TurboTax. There were other issues with TurboTax this year, 2025 downloaded Windows 11 but I figured the workaround. I can't hand enter all of that information. Please fix this.

If you have not completely disconnected from your broker site, a second import may overwrite the first one. Suggestions include closing the program after the first import, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-open TurboTax. Go to 'Add Investments' and step through the import process again.

Using some of the information that people had commented, I was able to successfully import all 3 of our Schwab account data into TurboTax. I imported 2 of the accounts at the same time as I could access them with one Schwab login. I had previously been trying to do them separately so I could check the data one at a time. I then saved the TT file. I logged into the other account which has a different login. I was then able to import that one successfully also. I think the key is to save the TT file between import and also if you can access your multiple accounts, import all at once.

I have the same problem - 2 accounts with 1099-DIV, but both under the same Schwab login. When I import both files, they both claim to be imported, BUT ONLY 1 APPEARS on my 1040 Schedule B. If I go import the missing one, it replaces the original, and when I try to import that one again, it replaces the other, ad nauseam.

As @mainelygrace noted, it is often helpful to save your TurboTax file between imports if you need to import information for two accounts from the same company.

If you have a single broker for multiple accounts, when selecting to import another account for the same broker:

Clear cache and cookies and then search for your broker. This should allow the screen to input account information and import the data.
If you get two accounts / statements close to the same time, log out of the brokerage site after importing the first one and wait to start another import session.

Depending on the amount of information on your form, it may be easier to enter the information directly into the program yourself. See this help article if you have a large number of stock transactions.
