Schwab 1099 import not working

My schwab online 1099 is available today. I tried multiple times to download into the Turbotax desktop. TT says it imported succesfully but no data is imported. I tried the online edition and import worked but I want to use the desktop version. I tried turning off my antivirus program and firewall (Norton) and still have the problem. Will turbotax fix the bug?

Anyone else still having issues. I've done all this, tried three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge), have third party access allowed, turned on antivirus, and allowed local access - still getting the unsuccessful message.

Same issue for me. I've tried Chrome and Edge, turned off antivirus, and allowed local access. I get the message "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax." in my browser window, but TurboTax says "This import was unsuccessful. We recommend you check your internet connection and try again. If we still can't get your info, don't worry. We'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes." I have a 52 page1099B that I do not want to enter manually. When will Intuit fix this issue?

It may not be a Turbotax issue. Someone posted in one of these threads there is an issue on Schwab side but not seen more details or confirmation of this. Folks should call them directly rather than relying on this forum.

Hopefully this is the answer for Schwab, wait until Feb 27th for updated files that will import.

I'm assuming you mean 'import' not 'download'. How far do you get with the import process? If you can share more details, we'll try to help.

Many users have reported success by Allowing LAN in their browser by clicking the icon in front of the URL address.
