Contact support to see if the expert you want is available this year. The "Live" experts are seasonal employees who may or may not be working with TT this year.

Is there a reason why Marissa Jones cannot do my taxes again for 2025? She really did a really good job helping me with my 2024 tax amendment. She told me to just ask for her so she can do my taxes again.

@mhdecastro Did you read the reply that was already given to you regarding having the same expert? No one in the user forum knows who the "Live" experts are or if they are working with TT this year. You can call customer support to ask if that expert is available.

Did you contact support like xmasbaby0 suggested? This is not something we can help with in the community like TomK2023 said.
