When I click on the circled question at the end of an interview question, I get an empty blank white dialog box. How can I get the text information that should be there?

Depending on what version of TurboTax you are using, it could be a display issue.

If you are a TurboTax desktop user, check your display scaling settings to make sure your items aren't hidden off-screen. TurboTax display issues, such as blank screens,, missing buttons, or activation freezes, are often resolved by adjusting your Windows display scaling to 100%, or lowering resolution to 800 x 600 temporarily.

If you are using TurboTax Online you can try the following to fix this issue:

Go out of your program, close your browser window, and then go back in and try again.
Clear your cache and cookies. ‌Please click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Please click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.
Try using another browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.
