How do I get technical support?

The form to enter estimated state tax payments is not showing up for my new mexico state tax preparation.

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

If you paid estimated taxes during 2025, they get entered on the federal return section. TurboTax will transfer the credits to the appropriate state return.

TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to estimated tax payments under Deductions & Credits.

TurboTax Desktop: Go to the Federal Taxes, then Deductions & Credits. Select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.

Select Start or Revisit next to the type of estimated tax payment you'd like to enter under Estimated Tax Payments.
Enter the amount of estimated tax you paid at each of the quarterly due dates.
If you paid 2025 estimated taxes in 2025, you'll enter just one amount for each state or locality.
