      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here. I have reached out to Ameriprise, and they are not aware of any problem on their end.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding &lt;STRONG&gt;Local Network Access&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Locate the &lt;STRONG&gt;View Site Information&lt;/STRONG&gt; icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Find &lt;STRONG&gt;Local Network Access&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the dropdown menu.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Toggle the switch to ON.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Refresh the page and attempt your import again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Brokerage Delays:&lt;/STRONG&gt; While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay &lt;STRONG&gt;Consolidated 1099s&lt;/STRONG&gt; (like the 1099-B) until &lt;STRONG&gt;mid-February&lt;/STRONG&gt; due to complex reporting requirements.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Availability:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Connection Blocks:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Active &lt;STRONG&gt;VPNs&lt;/STRONG&gt; or aggressive &lt;STRONG&gt;Anti-Virus&lt;/STRONG&gt; software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem, but I see nothing at all on my webpage, it just sits there after I get the Lets get your forms page and acknowledge the Captcha and continue. I can't select Learn more but the auto import button appears to move. Hit OK and nothing happens, page just sits there. I tried cut&amp;amp;paste from the Ameriprise document (eliminating the spaces), typing in the Package/document ID, both Edge &amp;amp; Chrome browsers, waiting an hour, but I get absolutely nothing. Ameriprise indicates their data is available. I had no issues doing this last year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Use an Incognito (Private) Window:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check Pop-up Blockers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select &lt;STRONG&gt;"Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart the Browser:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called customer service.&amp;nbsp; I accepte a call back, rather than waiting on hold, but I was immediately disconnected when called.&amp;nbsp; So I waited on hold for 50 minutes only to be told to &lt;STRONG&gt;enter the information manually&lt;/STRONG&gt;!&amp;nbsp; Then what is the purpose of purchasing TurboTax?&amp;nbsp; The agent sounded frustrated and said TurboTax was aware that there are issues with MULTIPLE financial institutions and to just wait.&amp;nbsp; I've been waiting since Feb 15th when information was available to download.&amp;nbsp; I've tried all the fixes suggested on-line.&amp;nbsp; I guess I'll have to enter the info manually.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
