Rejected Efile

My efile thru turbo tax was rejected by the IRS because they did not recognize the TIN on all of my 1099Rs. I know the code is correct it doesn't seem to matter. I have read blogs saying this is not uncommon but I don't know how to fix it. Is there a work around or do I have to paper file? Any help would be appreciated.

To file your return:

Go the the Federal section
In Wages & Income find 1099-R, Distributions from Pensions, IRAs
Verify that the Payer's Identification Number (EIN) on your 1099-R forms
Make the necessary changes

After reviewing and making any necessary changes, resubmit this return electronically.
