Yes. You will still receive a refund even if you paper-file your tax return. The paper-filed return will take longer to process, so your refund will take longer for you to receive. To view the status of your refund, please visit; Where's my refund?

If you mean you want a refund for your TurboTax fees --- the fees are the same whether you e-file or file by mail. You did not pay any extra "e-file fee" when you used online TurboTax. The fees were for using the software to prepare your tax return(s).
