Can a Turbotax agent switch my tax return from "Ready to mail" to e-file? I live in South Africa and cannot mail my return.

I accidentally set to mail instead of e-file

You can change the option. Here is how to do this in TurboTax Online:

Sign in to your TurboTax account and go to your Tax Home. Scroll down to the section titled "Your tax returns & documents."
Click on "Add a State" (you aren't actually adding a state; this is just away to reopen your return). Once the return is open, select File from the left-hand menu.
You will see a screen that says something like "Just one more step." Click Start or Revisit next to Step 3.
On the "Let’s get ready to e-file" screen, select the option "I want to e-file."
Follow the prompts to enter your bank info (if needed) and click the "Transmit Returns Now" button.
