Miscellaneous Income section is broken

When I attempt to access the Miscellaneous section, I am unable to enter anything as it closes and displays a "I think we have hit a snag" window with "we recommend you revisit the last section...", but never works. Occurs if I walk through all and definitely when I select "Other Income not reported on a w-2 or from 1099".

Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies This usually resolves looping errors.

Its the desktop app, do not see that bring applicable?

I just tried entering some income items in that section in TurboTax Desktop and did not experience any error messages.

Try logging out of the program, restarting your device, and logging back in.
Also, try selecting Online at the top bar menu and then Check for Updates. Allow the program to install any available updates if indicated.
