Refund for unprocessed tax refund

I just wanted to let you know that I don't want to use your services. I want a refund for the amount of $39 that I paid. I tried to call someone and the steps they wanted me to take to was for an amended return, which in 2024 was not. I just want a refund of $39, please.

Did you e-file the 2025 tax return using the online editions? If so, you cannot get a refund since you completed and filed the tax return with the software provided.
