The IRS.gov worksheet and TurboTax formula agree, but the result is different from what is printed on line 16 of 1040-SR

Did you enter any capital gains or qualified dividends? Those calculations are done differently; it does not all come from one tax table.

Yes, I had capital gains and qualified dividends. After I posted the question I researched online using Google and learned that TurboTax used a Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet which I was finally able to find.
