have uninstalled and reinstalled - edited the registry to get a clean install - updated to last update 2/6/2025 and installed the perrelsuperpatchis_ttx_2025.exe - does any one know of how to contact intuit tech support or have a fix

do you mean Form 4562 for rental on Schedule E? It is not released yet, latest estimate is 2/13.

If you continue to update TurboTax Desktop and open your TurboTax Online (automatic updates) and you still see the 'ready by February' message, it's not yet finalized. Sign up for the update so you will be notified the most efficient and timely way. It is posted for convenience here.

Please use this link Sign up for email notification which will let you know when the depreciation/amortization will be ready to file with Schedule E. The target date is still February 11th, however the notification will let you know.

I've been advised today by management that the work on the depreciation section of TurboTax is continuing and expected to be completed with an update coming the evening of Thursday, February 19th.
