      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends. Are you referring to your payment for TurboTax or to the IRS or a state agency? There are a number of reasons that could apply.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you pay your taxes, TurboTax gives you the option to specify the date the payment should be charged/withdrawn. Check to confirm whether the date selected was as intended.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, some states require that payments be made directly to their address or website rather than through a tax software. See this help article for contact information for the state tax agencies.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you received an error message that "Intuit Electronic Filing Center is unable to complete the transaction", this could mean that there was an issue with authorizing payment by credit card.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot pay the $25 filing fee to efile my taxes.&amp;nbsp; I get the message in the subject line and no matter what I do it will not accept my credit card.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure why this is an issue when I can pay online everywhere else.&amp;nbsp; It certainly isn't a problem with the credit card company and appears to be an Intuit problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in California and having the same issue. they are forcing you to take it out of your federal taxes as a way to get you to upgrade for 45.00 more dollars. My boyfriend did that not realizing that he was being charged the additional 45.00 but his credit card payment went right thru with no problems. i have been on the phone with Turbo Tax for hours on end and they don't know how to fix it,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
