Restart Return

How do you restart your return??? I accidentally clicked that my child pays half of their expenses so it says I don't qualify for the tax credit and I can't go back and click another option. However, there's also no where to click to restart the return!! Why is this so frustrating? It shouldn't be hard to click back and be able to click another option.

If you want to restart, you can clear all of the data you've entered in TurboTax Online by navigating to Tax Home > Tax Tools > Tools > Clear & Start Over

If you instead want to try editing your household and dependent info, you can select from the left-hand menu Tax Home > My Info, or you can click this jump-to link if you're logged into TurboTax Online
