Needs review on Charitable deductions

All my charitable deductions have need review but I cannot figure out what needs correction or remediation

I imported a text file from Deductible Duck

do I need to enter them manually ?

If you imported your charitable contributions, you will need to review each entry by clicking the "edit" (pencil) icon next to the name of the charity. Missing/incorrect information will be highlighted for you. If you don't know how to fix the issues, you may wish to delete the imported information and enter your donations manually.
