Line 38 of 1040/1040SR worksheet covers this topic and mentions "Quickzoom", but there is no link button to click to take you to how this was calculated.

double click the penalty amount on line 38 in the worksheet and it should take you to Form 2210

or, do Open Form then put 2210 in the search
