    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a simple partnership return with two partners. When I print the tax return to PDF for review, schedule K-1s are missing, only the cover letters are printed. The schedule K-1 pages are blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to re doit because I thought I made a mistake but is not that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I do? Does the program need to be updated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, do they display the correct information when you click on the form?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If the forms display properly, try this:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:14px;"&gt;Exit TurboTax&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Turn off (or pause) your VPN and anti-virus software&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:14px;"&gt;Restart TurboTax and accept updates.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:14px;"&gt;Open your return and print the K-1s again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did what you explained and still not getting my schedule K, before there was a blank page after the cover letter and after the update it is just the cover letter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We have tested displaying and printing &lt;STRONG&gt;Schedules K-1&lt;/STRONG&gt; from &lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Business&lt;/STRONG&gt; but are unable to reproduce the experience you have seen.&amp;nbsp;It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file to test this issue further.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you would be willing to send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information, please follow these instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Business&lt;/STRONG&gt;, open your return and go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Online&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the TurboTax header.&amp;nbsp;(On a Mac computer, choose Share or Help.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send Tax File to&amp;nbsp;Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send&lt;/STRONG&gt; on this screen and wait for the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Token number&lt;/STRONG&gt; to appear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Reply to this thread with a &lt;STRONG&gt;screenshot&lt;/STRONG&gt; of your&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Token number&lt;/STRONG&gt; (this avoids Community filters for numbers with a dash) and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;tag&lt;/STRONG&gt; (@)&lt;STRONG&gt; the Expert&lt;/STRONG&gt; requesting the token from you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Please include any&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;States&lt;/STRONG&gt; that are part of your return - this is VERY important.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We will then be able to see the same experience you are having.&amp;nbsp;If we are able to determine the cause, we'll reply here and&amp;nbsp;provide you with a possible resolution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We have reviewed the diagnostic copy you provided and were able to both view and print Schedule K-1 PDFs from Adobe Reader. You may wish to save the PDFs and open them in Adobe rather than using a browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;The Adobe error message has been submitted for further investigation by our tech team. It's unlikely this will be resolved before the filing deadline.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
