Import 1099-DIV

When I try to import my 1099-DIV, a browser window opens and after entering the account number and document ID, I am told that "We got your tax data. You can now return to Turbo Tax."

But when I do return to Turbo Tax, there's no tax data and all I can do is the same over again. Where did my tax data go?
