I need to download a new product for 2023 TurboTax Deluxe with new license code. The InstallTurboTax.com only has 2024 & 2025. Is there a link for 2023?

To complete and file a 2023 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

I am not e-filing, just want to do my taxes on the computer with my purchased Turbo Tax 2023, print and mail

This link is only for purchasing online then downloading. I already purchased, have the physical copy and need to submit my license and use the download link.

If you have a License Code you should be able to download 2022-2024 here on the prior program page. Click on the little blue “access it here” link at the end of the top paragraph.

This link actually sends you to your already downloaded TT, not for a new purchase. The install page on TT only has 2024 & 2025. I need 2023. I have a physical copy with license and nowhere to access the 2023 software for download.

Click on Intuit Account at the bottom left of the online program screen

Click on Products and billing

On Your Products, Click on TurboTax

The TurboTax 2023 desktop edition you purchased should be shown. Click on Licenses and downloads

This is where to find already downloaded purchases. I need to download & activate a new physical copy of 2023 from the internet. WHY am I arguing with a bot?

@jeremynangela There are no bots on this forum. Only TurboTax employees and volunteers.

If you have the 2023 license code you must have purchased the 2023 software. You either access the 2023 software you purchased or you purchase the software again, which will include a new license code.

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Sorry we don't know how to get a new download for a prior year. Where did you buy 2023? If you bought it directly from Turbo Tax the license code should be in your account. Otherwise How to contact Turbo Tax
